First class service. Had water dripping from overflow pipe connected to water tank in loft. Phoned Dan who came out promptly and was able to identify the problem (float valve) and fix it straightaway at a very reasonable price. Friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We required a new expansion tank fitted on our boiler as upon investigation ours was breached! Dan diagnosed the fault very quickly and came out and got the boiler back up and running in no time which was great as we have 3 young kids! They were bang on time they said they would be, serviced the boiler for us while they were on and also said they could come the next day to fit us an external cold water tap for filling the paddling pool which they did! Top bloke, top top jobs and all round top service. Price was as quoted and extremely fair. I really can't complain about anything at all, Cheers Daniel!

The guys repaired my boiler at very short notice following a worrying smell of gas. Very quick and reasonably priced job (including knocking out bricks and cementing up again). Returned again the next day at no charge for a little bit of follow up maintenance. Will be calling again in future

Dan responded promptly when I contacted him about a leaking toilet. He picked up the part that was required and charged a very fair price. He was neat and tidy while working, he even removed his shoes at the front door when he saw I had pale coloured flooring. I would highly recommend DSM Plumbing and I will be using them in the future for any plumbing jobs.

Fantastic service from Dan and Liam. Have used DSM Plumbing on numerous occasions from installing a brand new boiler and nest thermostat to servicing and maintainance on the heating system.

Called up this morning as my boiler was not working, did not require a call out however the gentleman explained exactly what needed doing, was really patient and polite and got my hot water back on within minutes, couldn’t have been more happier with the customer service!
