We asked DUA to help us draw up some plans for refurbishment of our home to create an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space. They visited to survey the house and discuss our needs. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. They actively listened to our ideas and provided helpful advice towards shaping the design. They provided plans and technical advice to meet building regulations and advised us on how best to source competent builders and tradespeople. The building work is now nearing completion and we are so pleased with the outcome. The builders have commented how useful and clear the plans provided by DUA have been in delivering the work, commenting particularly on the level of detail provided. We have not undertaken projects like this before and we think the services we received from DUA have been first class and would thoroughly recommend them to others.
