Everything was seamless from the initial quote from a video and dimensions (style and brick already selected), to the installation. He arranged all the required materials. My loft conversion was on hold due to a bad gable wall that had to be partially rebuilt. I had a deadline and thankfully so did Dylan as he had few days before starting a longer job. We agreed a price and work started. In two days him and his team rebuilt my wall to a very good standard and meant the project could continue. Any changes or issues I had Dylan listened and made the necessary adjustments with no problems at all. I was happy.
