He was always available - text or phone or meeting was never too much trouble for Chris. At every step of the way he was supportive and pragmatic giving us the right suggestions and solutions. All his team who attended were considerate and always polite. Special mention to John who was with us two days to decorate and was a pleasure to deal with and exceptionally good at his job! Mathew did a great job with the flooring, was very impressed. Thanks to Chris and his team for getting us back home!

My mum is 95 and still lives alone in her own home - all four of her children now live hundreds of miles away, and although we are in constant touch and visit as often as we can, if things go wrong we cannot be “first responders”. A few months ago a leak from Mum’s boiler caused considerable water damage, and then a growth of black mould. Chris team from E. G. Carter repaired and redecorated everything beautifully, with my mum still in the house. Every workman who came was polite, considerate, and at pains to explain everything and reassure mum. A particular mention the John, who’s considerate and thoughtful presence was enormously appreciated.The finished job I’d lovely - 100% satisfaction!
