We were in urgent need of a fresh valuation as our previous one had expired and I contacted Linda who managed to get it booked in the same afternoon. Both Linda and Gary were incredibly friendly and helpful and I could not recommend them enough. Hopefully we have the need for a valuation in the future as we will definitely return.

I can't recommend Gary and Linda enough. Trying to move house has so far been a very long and tiring process but using e-Surveyors has removed one of the stresses completely.
At what I believe is a very reasonable price, I wasn't sure what i'd be getting but they're professional, thorough and very competent. Gary has taken the time to explain everything in simple terms and Linda has always been brilliant at fitting me in when needed.
I would highly recommend them to anyone moving in the area.

I needed to get my survey renewed quickly due to my previous one expiring, this was just before the Christmas break. Both Gary & Linda acted with pace and got me done within two days. Really appreciate the flexibility and fast service. Would highly recommend.

My first use of E Surveyors was brilliant - I had a survey completed on my house and I couldn't have faulted the service. However, having used them again for a survey on a house I was purchasing, it was a totally different experience. It took weeks of chasing to receive my report. Upon needing an extension, it was left until the last minute after being promised it would be with me a week prior, and I was left feeling very stressed. There was an issue on the report, which was rectified quickly, but I was not happy about having to constantly call for updates and feeling nervous that our report would not be done in time. There were no apologies for the delays either.

E Surveyors Ltd were really helpful and efficient at delivering our RICS valuation. They responded promptly and kept me informed all along the way. Gary who came to do the survey was great. He turned up on time and undertook the work efficiently taking time to explain what he was doing along the way. Report arrived in a couple of days. Great value service.

Gary has carried out 2 surveys for us and we've found him to be very helpful and they have contained lots of information in order to help us ensure the property we want to buy is suitable for us. He's very thorough and his reports have contained lots of photos and information about the property as well as guidance to ensure we are aware of any issues about the property. We have been very happy with his service and would highly recommend him.
