I contacted ETC Chirk for a garden arch, although they didn't have it in stock they went above and beyond to source one from another location and delivered when they said they would.
Can't really ask for more than that and I'd happily use them again.

I visited for some timber for raised beds. The staff were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction and handed me a price list. Tape measures were also available if you didn't have your own.
The prices are competitive and delivery is very reasonable in the local area and I didn't have to wait too long for delivery.
They were very helpful and I couldn't be more pleased.

Plenty of stock and the woodwasof a good quality. The prices are lower than B&Q and Wickes therefore it is the go to place locally. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable which is often Not the case when going to DIY places.
