Jamie was introduced to me via Heat Geeks. I was looking for an air source install and came across Heat Geeks, they looked the business so arranged for a consultation. Jamie had done their training and became my ‘Heat Geek’ took me through what my design would look like and why it was designed in this way answered all the questions and fears as this was a new way of hearing the house for me.

Booked him for the job and it’s all in and working, a very positive experience. The system is proper ‘lush’ Jamie was a pleasure to have at home working. Genuinely recommend this guy, great quality work and fitted better than I had imagined.

Have subsequently booked him again to help take me off mains gas.

Needed a new company to service our oil boiler after the company that installed it and had been servicing it stopped covering our area. I mailed 6 or 7 local companies recommended by the manufacturer and Jamie was the only one to reply (apart from one who said they were too busy). Eco Dragon have good reviews and I can see why. Jamie turned up at the agreed time and carried out a very thorough inspection and service, completing the appropriate paperwork for my records and pointing out a couple of things that weren't quite right, for us to think about. Very friendly and competitively priced too. We'll certainly be using Jamie next time and wouldn't hesitate to call him if we had a problem. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Eco Dragon enough! I contacted him initially having found his details on the Grant website as our heatsource had gone wrong. Jamie had us booked in to rectify the problem in no time and went above and beyond, even managing to get us one of the parts required from Grant for free even though the warranty had run out.
