No value placed on customer service at all so far. Continuous over promising and under delivering. If you like spending your time on the phone or email chasing and pushing for progress then these guys are for you. If however you are happy paying the going rate in receipt for a professional timely service so you can get on with the job you are paid to do then I would suggest elsewhere.

We are still working with them, however I have had to resort to posting this review to encourage them to appreciate that customers are important, and that stretching their resources way beyond their capabilities does not result in happy customers. I hope they can turn this around.
