My daughter has been going to Elephant Moon for almost 2.5 years after a terrible experience elsewhere. They were brilliant working with us to get her settled, she has thrived in the environment and we love all the staff there. Really receptive to feedback, proactive and do their best to accommodate activities and things my daughter has wanted to do on the days she attends. I only have great things to say and we will be sending our second there too.

My daughter is having a great experience every day she's at nursery. The place is lovely,well organised so she can have her very much needed daily nap. They explore new things every day and I can see her building her confidence and speech day by day. Both teachers and managers are super caring and attentive to the needs of the kids.

I have two children at Elephant Moon and they both absolutely love it. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, professional and the children love them 🙂 the activities they do with them are brilliant and very varied. Communication from management is also great. Would highly recommend!

We had two kids here for 3 years each. I think the staff are amazing, friendly, supportive, and authorative when needed. The place is well organised, clean and well equipped. While the outside space is limited, they fill the day with fun activities and do visits to local places. To top things off, they clearly care about the children and are asking after the ones who have left when we bump into them.

I was nervous about choosing a nursery for my son as I never went to one myself as a child, since my mother stayed at home with us. I returned to work 3 days per week when he was less than 12 months old and I have never had any concerns or worries with Elephant and Moon. I’ve found it totally stress free - which I wasn’t expecting, and I never worry while he’s there. We looked at 4 or 5 places locally before choosing them - largely the overall positive and friendly ‘feeling’ we got looking around cinched it for us. All of the staff are fantastic, friendly and professional. They made everything easy, from settling in sessions through to getting updates about what he’s been up to. We get online updates on his activities, meals and nappy changes at the end of each day plus pictures of his day. Both my husband and I love this, and found it reassuring when he first started there. He’s developed so much and I strongly suspect his language and motor skills have come on much faster thanks to the variety he has at nursery. The people who look after him have all been responsive to how we do things at home, and aim to match our routine and support that as much as possible. They also take time to give us an update in person at pick-up at the end of each day, which is always much appreciated. For example they give us specific things he’s done well or enjoyed that we can continue to build on at home to help his development further.
