I live in a block of flats with lots of elderly people, since we have had this company to maintain our lifts the service from them is utter rubbish, they serviced our block lifts then three days later the lifts break down. When we phone them up about the problem they say they are waiting for parts, once on one block the lifts were out of service for 3 weeks also the same excuse "waiting for parts". People with mobility problems have missed hospital appointments and have been stranded in their appointments. Keep far away this company utter rubbish. Here we go again our block of lifts had a service from them this week and one of the lifts is now not working, whats the excuse "we are waiting for parts"😩

Simon fixed and serviced my food lift recently which had fallen out of repair over the period of time the property was empty. It was drama free from start to finish, no hidden costs or “new issues” appearing out of the works; and I’ll most certainly use their services again.
