I have never experienced bad customer service like this before, all was fine until i was passed to a lady called Debbie Goddard who works in the office for payment.

She was extremely rude to me for reasons i am unaware, i had been dealing with one of her colleagues named Andy who was professional and did his job correct. Due to the way Debbie spoke and conducted herself i will never be using this company again and i suggest you not to also. If you want a smooth and easy solution to hiring a generator Ellis Electrical is not the way to go.

I have used Ellis for a number of years, ranging from simple generator hire to a very complex building shut down where we took our embedded generator off line for an upgrade. Ellis supplied a back up set, ATS box and inter connector cables. Their tech support and kit is great. We are very lucky to have them on our doorstep.

It's not an exaggeration to say Ellis Electrical saved our Wedding! We were late into set up the day before the big Date when we realised we didn't have a distribution board or an adapter cable for our mains power.

The husband got on to the Ellis team who stayed at the office late to give us enough time to get over and pick everything up.

What could have been an absolute nightmare was the easiest process with some of friendliest people you'll ever meet.

We cannot recommend the team enough. Thank you!!

As a veterinary surgery required a generator as western power were performing work for a day, Ellis Event Power Ltd were recommended. I should have been concerned when the driver reversed into the bin. At the end of the day the company failed to communicate as agreed, switched the power off without my consent or presence, damaging sensitive equipment. This was a real inconvenience and I received little sympathy or understand from the company.
I would have expected more professional service, disappointed and I will not be recommending Ellis Event Power Ltd
