One of their drivers crashed into our wall causing permanent damage.

Did not admit fault, and drove off.
We have them on CCTV, so I contacted Embec, who admitted fault after watching the video.

Over a number of months, I've been talking with them trying to get Emdec to fix the damage they caused.

Now they're ignoring calls and emails.

Wall is not fixed.

This review, will hopefully get them to to the right thing and contact me regarding mending the damage they caused to my property. But I doubt it.

Cut through my Virgin Fibre Cable 26th Sep. Didn't tell me or leave a note. Contacted them and Darren said he would contact Virgin to arange repair. Chased them again after a week still have not broadband and I need the internet for my work with people with mental health problems. Now I can't get through to them as the mobile number is no longer in use. They have now filled in he hole. I have tried to speak to someone at Virgin and that's a problem too. Two weeks and still no internet!!!!!

Dug up the pavement outside my house to fit internet cable , no pre warning and it’s a dropped kerb , left it in a dangerous state , severe trip hazard , left a complete mess
