Emerald have just completed an extension project at our home and what a great experience.

The project was managed extremely well, especially considering the difficulties that still exist around supply of goods and contractors.

Quality of work is excellent and the site was kept as clean as possible and tidy throughout.

The whole project was completed in just over 4 months and in line with the agreed quote. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and envisioned at the outset.

Michael and his team undertook a large two storey extension on our house over the last 6 months. Despite the scale of the project, the whole process proceeded smoothly and efficiently which no doubt reflects the quality and craftsmanship of Michael and his team. We spotted Emerald carrying out work on another property around the corner and got in touch. We were looking to open up the kitchen and dining room to create an open-plan space in our 1950s semi. We have no regrets in hiring Emerald for the project.

Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and professional, taking time and care with the surveying and work. He suggested some clever changes that have improved the aesthetic and flow of the space. You can tell he is thinking about your home and not just a construction. We appreciate his eye for detail and high quality standards, as that has translated to the finish of our new living space...we are very happy with it!

Communication was very good throughout and having had a few quotes, the project cost was competitive. A final point is that the wider team are all similarly professional and friendly to have around, which is important when you have a number of tradesmen in and out your house over a couple of months. Michael and his team came to repair a very large boundary wall that had been left in a dangerous state by the previous cowboy, who never returned.

They were considerate to our situation, were punctual, professional and carried out the repairs to a very high standard at a reasonable price.
