Initial contact was via the form on their website. Neil responded first thing next morning, a quick site visit was arranged for later that day and the charger installed just two days after that.

We recently had two Electric Vehicle chargers installed by Energise Electrical following a change to our fleet, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.

Neil, our initial contact who carried out the survey, was excellent at explaining all the available options and even guided us through applying for a government grant. The installation, carried out by Campbell and a colleague, was completed to a very high standard – neat, tidy, and everything working perfectly.

The day after installation, we experienced a software issue (which we later discovered had nothing to do with the chargers themselves). Nonetheless, the team promptly attended and worked with our IT department to help resolve the problem successfully.

Overall, a very positive experience with a transparent, well-trained company that communicates clearly and goes the extra mile for its customers. Highly recommended.

Energize have recently completed a variety of works - fitting wall and ceiling lights, replacing socket and switch fascias, fault finding and replacement of LED strips and towel rail heating element.

Great service from Neil and Campbell! We recently purchased our first home and have uncovered lots of renovation work needing done.
