Chris has been the most wonderful architect and team mate through this whole process.

He first came to the house about a year prior to the project starting and he drew some inspiring floor plans of what our house could be. He listened intently to what we wanted and how we wanted our home to accommodate and shape our family life and he took it all on board.

We needed some time so he kept in touch until a year later we were ready to proceed. Chris always worked fluently and gently - we have rescue dogs so are always nervous with new people in the house. He worked so swiftly and thoroughly and the dogs hardly realized he was there.

Chris had a vision which was beyond what we could've conceived and with it, he had all the detailed information about building control standards, what you can and can't do in certain permits and boundaries etc.

He met our builder and adapted the ideas to fit his expertise and needs and he organized all of the structural engineering communications. He kept us in the loop 24/7 and always asked our thoughts every step of the way. There were questions and queries from the council which he responded to efficiently and politely and he knew how to get everyone on side with what we wanted to achieve.

We have felt in very safe and creative hands working with Chris and would recommend him again and again to anyone wanting to take a big step in changing their life through their home. He's been an inspiration and support we both every step.

Chris took on our renovation project of a grade II listed flat and worked with us to get it through planning. It was a challenging process but Chris went above and beyond to get us through the process, completed joinery drawings that weren’t really his to do and recently re-did layout plans for our lease deed. Whilst it wasn’t the easiest process, Chris persevered and got us through which we are hugely appreciative of.
