Worst company possible, dreadful job.
Painted outside of our house, extremely badly, trampled over our plants and ruined them. They retiled our roof and actually put the tiles on upside down and the wrong way around. Replaced our pipe work out side with cheap products that leaked and weren’t level. EVERYTHING they did was a joke. I have absolutely no good words to say about this company, avoid them at all costs. They worked on our neighbours house and what they got up to there beggars belief, and was actually criminal.

House Renovation : please do not be taken in by this company. They brought in random people who they found at the last minute who carried out very poor quality work which was not checked by the company owner who just blamed them and told me I should be speaking. to them even though he was being paid for the job. An unlicensed plumber fitted my boiler illegally, I am left with cold radiators and leaking sinks. After a GasSafe investigation it was deemed dangerous and shut down. After bringing in an external electrician he stated that the electrical wiring they did is not in a fit state to be signed off and breaches regulations. They left wires hanging from the ceiling, a bathroom light that doesn’t turn off and landing lights that don’t turn on. The bathroom tiles don’t reach the base of the bath and the bath panel has been put on the wrong way around. The floor is badly fitted to the architrave and stairs with gaps and holes. There are floor to ceiling cracks in the plaster. The person who painted the outside of the house painted over the ivy instead of removing it. The patio stones have been laid with no drainage causing obvious damp damage to external walls
The broken railings I paid them to fix have not been touched. Unskilled workers were left alone to do skilled jobs and as a result painted over handles and hinges which have just been discarded in a bucket of water. The hidden costs were extortionate, with money added on with no detail of what it was for i.e ‘we found a crack in the chimney’ that’ll be £360’. ‘The stones you want are an extra ‘£1000’ when I looked this up it wasn’t the case. The price of materials was ridiculously raised i.e plug sockets charged to me at £18.00 when they are £7.99 online and cheap spotlights charged to me at £100 each when they are £80 for 10 online. They showed no respect for me, my house or its contents. The builder has not acknowledged the list of outstanding tasks. I would hate for any vulnerable person to have a similar experience.

They helped substantially in a cottage refurbishment including laying the insulation ready for a concrete floor with underfloor heating, dry lining all the walls, tiling bathrooms and floors, decorating, external hanging tiles and many smaller jobs. All the work was carried out to a high standard, paying attention to detail and within budget. I would highly recommend them as trusted builders.
