We love our new loft conversion ERA construction built. The whole process was easy and not stressful at all because of Era’s approach. After an initial meeting, we were able to see past work, we had a clearly laid out quote documenting our choices made and the associated cost. We were able to change these along the way if we wanted but it was refreshing to work with a building company who are transparent from the start. The team that worked on the loft conversion were reliable, trustworthy and worked extremely hard consistently throughout the project. They were on site everyday making visible progress quickly. There was no way I thought we would be completed in 6-8 weeks but I was gladly proven wrong! The finish of the loft is of an excellent quality and we were consulted through all building decisions made. We decided half way through to add an extra skylight and also the flexibility to decide the size of the rooms once the exterior had been built, guided by Agim’s expertise. This made a huge difference to the end look. We are incredibly happy with the result and the entire process. Thankyou to the ERA team for making that happen. We would highly recommend using ERA for any construction project.

The team at ERA Construction recently completed a loft extension in our house. Agim advised us on different aspects of the initial design, incorporating the ideas we had, and we've ended up with a new bedroom / en-suite that is even better than we envisioned.
We were able to make changes during the build, nothing was ever too much trouble, and the team has been friendly, accommodating, and reliable.
I really have been amazed by the attention to detail and passion with which the whole team approach their work at each level of construction, electrical installation, and the final finishing is nothing short of perfect.
When there were issues with suppliers, Agim was able to resolve these without trouble, or delay, or even needing to involve us other than to provide updates on what was happening.
I have no hesitation recommending ERA to family and friends, and we have already engaged with them again for additional work in the coming months.

Agim and the team did a fantastic job with our loft extension. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get the best result.

The team at ERA Construction is simply the BEST! It is so hard nowadays to find good and reliable construction company so they are a great example of excellence!
Agim and his team completed a loft conversion in our house. The quality of their work is of the highest standards.
Right from the start up to the end they did an amazing job , worked really hard to complete the project on time within the time frame given to us. Everyone in the team is really friendly, professional and they paid great attention to the details. They always started work on time and at the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy. Agim was amazing in monitoring the project work , he also gave us great advises and suggestions of how to efficiently optimise the plans and use the most of our loft space to its maximum- the outcome now is absolutely amazing !
We will definitely go back to them with any future projects and without a doubt I can 100% recommend ERA Construction!

Era Construction are excellent. Responsive, great communication, competitive and were able to start on my project immediately. I had to travel for business a lot through the work that needed doing (bathroom complete reno, exterior including windows sealed and painted front and back of house, interior painting patch up). All this was done via calls and text's with Kate who was absolutely fantastic. Totally recommend.
