After going through various roofing and building companies I found Eddy and his team a breath of fresh air. A poorly done conservatory roof was leaking and in need of a proper overhaul. Eddy came in with a can attitude and smashed it out the park. We are extremely pleased with the finished flat roof, guttering and interior ceiling and lights. Will definitely use again for future projects. Before and after pics for reference

We were looking for a contractor for the loft conversion in our house and came across ESBS almost by chance, talking to a neighbour.
Eddy was quick to provide a quote, a good quote, and was ready to start the job without long wait times so in a matter of days we decided to go ahead with them.
I am happy we took that choice, they did a lot of work in relatively a short time, always explaining what was coming next and what we should expect.
I will definitely go back if we need to do some more renovation or construction work.

On meeting Eddie, we found him to be a very likeable person, with a 'can do' approach and a friendly, business-like attitude. We had a feeling that we had the right builder for us. We found ES Building Solutions on Check a trade. They had good ratings and we asked for a quote. We were looking for someone to replace an en-suite bathroom having had a "cowboy builder" make a total mess of it the first time around. They were also employed to replace a front gate, re-paint a number of walls and install and electric fire place. Eddy gave a very fair quote and was able to start the work as soon as the tenants moved out. He was very professional throughout, and regularly sent us pictures of the work he was doing (it was for a rental property so we could not see the work each day). Eddy and his team worked very fast, but never compromising on quality. The job was finished two days earlier than predicted and to a very high standard. Having had such a poor job from the previous builder, it was very refreshing to have a builder who turned up every day, working full days, and completing a job early! I would highly recommend ES Building Solutions and if I ever need any work doing again, I will certainly be using them.
