Great kitchen fitted to my new build by Et Lorem, in 2021, when cracks appeared in the quartz top interface, 3 years later were very prompt in repairing it to an excellent standard. thank you!

We got in touch with Et Lorem to provide us with a kitchen design and were so impressed with the plans they put together. They also helped to put us in touch with a company who could do all the prep works and so it really felt like a seamless process. The finished product is a kitchen that we are so happy with and we cannot recommend the team enough.

A less usual request, to replace elements of a water-damaged island, were met with assurance and resourcefulness by the Et Lorem Beaconsfield team, with great results. Despite being a 7- year old Masterclass Kitchen, not originally installed by them and requiring matching replacement panels, corners and plinths, there was a quick and positive response to our query. From the office information to Richard's site visit to Robert's expert fitting, the experience with Et Lorem was of professionalism, excellent communication and knowledge of their products. Not a routine compliment I am sure, but for us the highest praise is that the kitchen looks like it did before (the damage) and the problem has gone away! In addition, small adjustments were made to hinges on other units, to just tighten the appearance up after several years of use... a generous and welcomed gesture that is reflective of their commitment to quality. We are really pleased with the result.

I am only half way through the build process but I am so impressed by the quality, communications and professionalism from Et Lorem. From the initial design through to this point of the build the entire team are helpful and brilliant to work with. I will post finished pictures and another review when it complete!

I had a fantastic experience creating our kitchen with Et Lorem. Jamie guided us throughout the entire process and was always on hand to accommodate any last minute changes we had. The installation was seamless and again Richard, and the entire team, were happy to meet on site to iron out any questions.

Jamie and the team at Et Lorem were all fantastic, we can’t recommend them highly enough. They have provided us with a stunning bespoke kitchen of exceptional quality. We received outstanding customer service from start to finish; from the moment we met our designer Jade in Et Lorem’s impressive showroom to the final touches from Richard and the incredible installation team, whose attention to detail ensured that they delivered nothing short of perfection. Myself and a friend visited a kitchen show as I was renovating a property and we came across a German kitchen manufacturer called Rotpunkt that really impressed. I contacted them directly and they passed my details on to Jade at Et Lorem. I had during that time also visited several other design studios offering different German and English manufactured kitchens. After a few visits to Et Lorems Studio in Reading we came up with a design that I loved. Jade, Richard and the whole team have been very supportive right the way through the design and installation process. Purchasing a new kitchen is a significant investment in both financial terms and can be quite intrusive in terms of your day to day living during the installation.

I am pleased to say that our installation was a breeze and the fitters were booked in and arrived on time as per the chosen dates. They were polite, efficient and very tidy removing every scrap of packaging and dust which is inevitable when installing a kitchen.

The after sales care has also been 5 star as I needed an additional light fitted and another drawer which was something I wanted once the kitchen had been installed. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was booked in, organised and fitted leaving me with my dream kitchen that I am now loving to cook in.

I would highly recommend Et Lorem if you are at a stage where you want to put pen to paper and commit to making a purchase. Another nice thing was at the design stage there was no hard sell as they just wanted me to feel happy and confident in my design and appliance choices.

I hope this review is of help and trust me if they were not professional in every way I would not be typing this as I sit here in my new beautiful kitchen.
