ETM Contractors have shown rude behavior, disregard for the neighbourhood, and failure to stick to communicated timetables, causing significant inconveniences. They haven't even responded to my complaint letters, reflecting a lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Showed up on my road with no prior warning to repave the pavement. Was told by someone that they won't be working Saturday or Sunday's. I work nights at the weekend and aren't going to bed until 6/7am and they start at 8am. It's a joke if I'm honest. Joke of a company.

Are these idiots stupid? I am not sure what time in the morning they should start drilling the pavement. I was woken up by the sound of drilling around 8am, I set my alarm for 10am. I am a VERY light sleeper and imagine my horror when I felt the vibrations bouncing around my bedroom. I immediately opened my window and told them to keep the noise down. The guy drilling shouted to me that he is working. Yes I understand that they got a job to do, but we had NO letters from ETM at all to say that they are working. The guy never apologised for the inconvenience. Idiots!

This company has taken over a week to tidy up a dropped kerb to our neighbour's driveway. They've taken up the beautifully crafted Edwardian cobblestones that are part of the archaeology and charm of the road and taken them away, then had to dig up the cobbles along the rest of the house frontage and relay them - far too widely spaced - in an attempt to reconstruct the original look (they've failed). In the process they dug up an extra five feet or so of the road, for absolutely no reason I can see, which they have, this morning, filled with tarmac. Over and above the noise (arriving at 8 on a Sat morning? When our neighbour doesn't work and could have had this done any time during the week?) they've now left the safety barriers leaning up against OUR wall, instead of his, and I have no idea when they'll be back to retrieve them.

I wouldn't trust these cowboys to fix a faulty nail.

One of there workmen called Tony needs a drug test coming into work high, it's not very good practice, I personally think you should start to randomly test people, then that way you wouldn't get chappy reviews

this company sent out 2 clowns to rebed a kerbstone in the rain with (sand and cement) ? my grand kids could have done better .if this is the standard of there work I think the people who pay them (bristol city council )should be informed
