I've ordered from Evergreen twice and the quality of the products and the speedy and reliable delivery have been excellent. The plants look fabulous--heads and shoulders above the cheap plastic plants or even the fabric plants that you see in shops. Evergreen has a policy that you have to check for damage upon delivery before signing. If customers don't do that, then they have only themselves to blame.

No one can believe this tree Evergreen made for me is not real. Really good quality products and very impressed with the customer service. I would never go anywhere else for artificial products. Highly recommend... if in any doubt I would suggest giving them a call because everyone was so friendly and offered some great advice.

Purchased some artifical greenwall tiles from Evergreen a while ago. They arrived quickly and the panels are thick with coverage which is good. Very easy to install. Not the cheapest but it is a quality item.

My order from Evergreen Direct arrived really quickly and ability to track was given to me from the offset. When the package arrived, the items had been securely fastened, and so both of my items were in good order.
I ordered 2 x Artificial Forest Fern Green wall Foliage and was impressed with the quality of these. They were much bigger than I expected, so definitely great value for money. So much so, that I found that I had over ordered and needed to send one back!
The returns process was really simple. I had this shipped back, and having paid for the items through paypal, found that the item had been received back to the company at 12pm, and by 3pm that same day my refund was back in my account - couldn't say fairer than that. I would recommend using this company, and will definitely consider further purchases in the future.

Evergreen Direct has been a huge help with a large project I have recently undertaken. They were able to get items to me within 48 hours which was a huge help as I had a quick turn around. Thanks in particular to Angela who took the time to email and help with getting things to me quickly. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a custom made hedge from Evergreen Direct. Big Mistake!

First of all, the delivery service was a joke. The driver was rude, surly and unhelpful - a service which evergreen charged me £70 for!

Then, more problems... Having unpacked the hedge, it was smaller than I had specified by 20mm, which doesn't sound a lot but it meant it didn't fit into the space it was intended for.

Evergreen suggested the hedge went back to them for adjustment, which would have caused me a huge amount of hassle, so I appointed a joiner - at my own expense - to modify the hedge to fit into the space.

Evergreen offered no apology and didn't offer me any compensation for the expense and inconvenience caused to me. Furthermore, I found their attitude appalling because even though they admitted the hedge was bigger than I ordered they accused me measuring up wrongly!

There are many more companies out there who offer the same type of product, I'd suggest you consider one of them instead. I know I'll be going elsewhere. Avoid.
