I am compelled to leave a further positive review for Everything Construction (EC). I recently purchased two tubs of Geofix for patio joint replacements through Amazon, and the supply was directly from the supplier EC.

DPD damaged both tubs in transit resulting in my inability to use the product. I decided to speak directly with the supplier and the service I received from Tom @ EC was first-class. He arranged immediate replacement, adding some in-transit protection and received two perfectly conditioned tubs the very next day - outstanding!

Bought Mapei Kerapoxy grout from these cowboys online.

Returned two buckets within 14 days as I overbought some, got refund -35%. They claim that this is their T&C, whereas they forget about 2013 Consumer Regulation and they violate it.

Furthermore, one of the Kerapoxy grout which my tilers used seems to be not real epoxy as it has not been hardening for two weeks now!

When asked for a refund got no response. Lets see what my payment card provider thinks about all these.
