Used Evolution5 for the shell of a new cricket pavilion. Zoe kept us updated throughout the project and Dave (site manager) identified potential issue ahead of time allowing us to make amendments as required. We had a very tight budget and E5 ensured we got the most from this.

I have used them for quantity surveying/cost consultancy support for my project in Dec 2022.

I have found a few severe mistakes in the valuation including quantities (some of them were not pointed out), price per sqm for different type of jobs and some things that were quoted twice.

All in all after sitting with my builders and going through each point, I have saved over £35,000.

I believe you've done your job very poorly. I was relying on the surveyor to find these mistakes and point them out to me. Otherwise, what is a point of spending £900? I am very unhappy with the service provided
