Grenville went out of his way to respond quickly and helpfully to numerous issues arising in refurbishment of a cob building. He liaised well with our builders and was so accommodating of our timeframes. Exact were appointed after I was let down by another firm at the last minute. Professional throughout, they have provided a great service, working seamlessly with my architects across 2 sites. The output is of high quality and at a reasonable price, I would actually say great value. We 100% recommend this company.
At a stage when our entire renovation project was looking like it was going to fall at the first stage, after being massively let down by a different company, Exact structures saved the day!
Despite a very short timeline in which to get our project back on track, Grenville quickly and professionally provided everything we needed to start our project.
Throughout the project Grenville has been very supportive, responding quickly to ongoing queries with our builder and providing information for building control.
