Excellent job for "handyman" type of a person. The company offers free fruit during breaks too. Nice people working in the shopfloor. Unfortunately it is not the case for the office staff. They treat employees from the shopfloor like they are brainless yetis but they don't even do their work properly. They refuse to answer your questions in writing and wouldn't answer emails and prefer to use verbal communication where they can fill you with lots of empty promises they don't need to answer for! When you ask questions about whatever they told you they... dismiss you without providing a reason! Office staff is not considerate of their employee's situations. They are rude and put you in a rather embarrassing situations where they show you you mean less than them. 7 hundred managers who just walk around and make mistakes... even with technical drawings that provide basis for the job but expect you to be perfect at what you do and then blame you for mistakes! Manager responsible for health and safety would pick on employees but wouldn't wear safety boots himself! Melcolm, the supervisor is an excellent man who will really look after you but you don't want to be there because of the office stuff including HR, finance etc. like Lisa, Rose, Zik. It's sad that good companies like this are run by people who think they are better than others and they feel they can abuse their powers!
