We used Extension Plans UK for our single storey rear extension and garage conversion. Our experience was great - they were quick to perform the initial survey and deliver the plans, reacted promptly to several changes we needed to make subsequently to accomodate neighbours' wishes, and communicative throughout the whole process. We trusted their reviews and their promise of a cost effective one stop solution from survey, to existing drawings, proposed plans, Planning Permission and Building Regulation, and we can happily say they delivered a great service!

The Extension Plans team provided good consultation, quality architectural drawings, worked directly with our local authority planning department and provided guidance to us throughout the planning application process.

They were also very flexible regarding amendments made to our plans (both initiated by us and requested by the planners).

After planning approval they are going to create building specs for us.

So pleased and impressed by the work of Extension Plans UK. The process of getting plans drawn and then put through the planning process has never been easier. They followed our vision and ideas to a tee and we are so pleased with the end result. Mackenzie in the office is especially helpful and friendly. We had a bit of an issue with our local council and they weren’t being very lenient or useful but Mackenzie helped guide us through the whole process so we ended with better plans than we started with. Cannot recommend them enough!
