Mike and Will at FAB Architects helped us realise a major redesign and refurbishment of our home near Lewes.
We only commissioned a basic plan from FAB with some 3D rendering of the proposed design, but Mike and Will went beyond this in terms of service, advice and availability.

We had some drawings done to replace our windows/patio doors and sky lights in a flat for planning permission - Mike made the process so easy, there were a couple of alterations which needed doing and they were carried out immediately with no fuss, great price and great to deal with, would definitely recommend.

Mike and Will designed my garden studio where I undertake professional conservation work. With large arched windows and a skylight they have created the best possible lighting conditions for me. Even on a gloomy rainy day I have enough natural daylight coming into the studio which benefits my type of work hugely. The pandemic has changed the outlook on how we work. I used to rent studio space in London which was within cycling distance form my home. But now I save a lot of time by just walking down my garden path. Everyone who comes to visit is full of admiration for my new work space and I am so happy here. I can highly recommend Fab Architects. During the initial meeting they listened carefully to all my requirements and designed the building accordingly with some fantastic details like the beautiful Italian brick slips on the outside. It is small, but due to the layout I can fit large paintings in here quite easily and with extra high security my clients are also very happy.

Mike and Will were fantastic to work with. They really had a feel for what we wanted to do with our house - converting our garage into a library and converting the loft into a studio and a leisure room.
They were very responsive throughout the project, and offered suggestions and options for everything.

Thoroughly recommend FAB Architects. I had to get planning permission for a path to enable me to get my mobility scooter out. I had no idea how to go about it but found FAB Architects. They came round and explained the procedure to me and once I confirmed everything, they lodged the application for me. They kept me fully informed the whole time and their fees were very very reasonable. Good luck - FAB!!!

FAB Architects managed the project for our restaurant conversion and we could not have been happier with the outcome. He advised and acted as agent on all planning matters. He designed our commercial kitchen and oversaw the building and compliance with building regulations. He sourced and oversaw the implementation of a bespoke internal filtration system ensuring compliance with council guidelines. He advised on operational elements and sound dulling measures for the dining area. Throughout the project Will showed a commitment to delivering our vision to the highest standard, with excellent communication, and a keen understanding of our tight deadline. The project was completed to the highest specification and we found Will's manner in dealing with other people working on the team to be outstanding. He is a safe pair of hands and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him without hesitation and look forward to working with FAB Architects again in the future.
