Transform Your Home – What a great service.

We were considering extending our home for some time, so I contacted Joel regarding his Transform Your Home service. He arrived on time, full of positivity and with a very exciting piece of tech. A large format touch screen that enabled him to get straight to drawing his ideas for us, scoping out the flow of the house using google maps as a basic footprint etc.

His approach is very collaborative and his expertise in planning policy as well as design, meant we were able to reassess our original idea. Within a short space of time he'd come up with a better solution, to convert our garage and repurpose space inside to accommodate a new laundry, office and cinema room. A more cost effective and faster approach to capitalise on existing space and meet the needs of our growing household.

I'd highly recommend any one to give Joel a call if you're thinking of extending or designing your dream home, he's really given us plenty of ideas and I'll be coming to him for all our future projects.

We booked an online session with Joel to get a second opinion on the design of our new build house project, following a few niggles we had about the design (designed by a different architect). Transform Your Home – Simply WOW!

We’d been considering a rear house extension for a while but weren’t sure what would work best for our growing family. That’s when we reached out to Joel at Transform Your Home - and we’re so glad we did!

Joel completely blew us away with his creativity, sketching live over our existing house footprint. Instead of a rear extension, he showed us how to maximise our space by integrating the double garage.
