Many thanks to John and team at FCS Services for the smooth installation of my Zappi home EV charger. A seemless and professional service which I am really happy with. Special mention to Marion who was so pleasant to deal with over the phone. Her guidance and communication made the process even better.

I have just had a EV charger installed at home by FCS Services Ltd. From the very first phone call John was a pleasure to deal with... Extremely helpful and informative especially around the grants available for installing the charger at home.

A confirmation email was sent to confirm the date/time of installation and a follow up phone call was made. On the day they were on time and extremely professional. The work was carried out to a really high standard, and Simon the engineer was very neat and tidy (my husband was super impressed) and the charger looks absolutely top class!

All the checks were done before they left to ensure everything was working smoothly and they talked us through the whole process so we were confident with using it.

Overall a very satisfied customer...I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Not only did they answer the phone, send a text the night before confirming time, show up ON TIME, fixed the electrical problem, but also sent a text the following day checking that the problem was solved! And very reasonably priced. Call them! Happy customer 🙂
