Absolutely awful. No end of problems with my roof since. Came back out and told me there was nothing wrong with it. A subsequent different company found problems and I have paid them to sort out leaks, leading cracks, attic beam breaks all created by this company. Only stress stops me from taking action. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again. Contact me for a GOOD, RELIABLE, company who do the job properly. will

I can't praise Feltfab enough! When they came round for a quote, they took the time to explain exactly what the issues were with the roof and gave me some options for what we could do depending on what my budget was. Once the scaffolding was up, they got to work and were done within 4 days!! I was so incredibly impressed. They were also courteous to the neighbours and let them know that there may have been a slight disruption to their satellite signal, but ended up finding a workaround to avoid that. Special thanks to Richard for his kind, professional manner and for always being on hand to answer any questions.

Update: Storm Eustace just came through and the new roof and skylights held up perfectly - upgrading my rating accordingly.

Work did get done and as far as I know it's fine (I'm not a roofer, how would I know?) but they were not the easiest company to deal with after I accepted the quote (they were great before that). I had to be on the phone chasing them constantly - they'd either turn up out of the blue or just not show up at all.
