We have owned a Coach House on the Acland Park development in Feniton for just over one year. The initial purchase sequence was seamless and we were made to feel very special on the day that we were handed the keys. Feniton Park, Guy and his team did their utmost to make the process as easy as possible.
The team were on hand at all times to answer any questions and to help us with any minor problems that may have cropped up, (not that there were many!) They have been on hand over the last year to assist whenever necessary, without question; a comforting feeling.
We were amazed at the high level of finishes and appliances. The wood flooring certainly completes the wow factor.
Thank you again for delivering a wonderful home.

We bought our coachhouse 2 years ago and appreciated the wonderful craftsmanship of the property.
Everything is of the highest standard.
The reason I felt we needed to comment further is to enlighten anyone who is thinking of buying now or in the future from this developer, not only is the property of the highest standard but the ongoing customer care is really first class and Guy and his team take pride in everything they do, always going that extra mile and more.

To be honest I don't even know where to start massive time delays years of lies and disappointments once you have the keys they don't want to know you. Not interested in sorting the massive snag list. House is wired up incorrectly which meant no central heating through the whole of the winter.
Aerial built into the loft which has a wrong side of the house so not getting TV signal. Drains blocking up overflowing sewage in bathrooms and outside.
Main water pipe supply in the house was wrong so after a couple of years they finally sent someone in to sort and used a gas torch and burned kitchen cupboard door now we have leaking pipes we've even had threats from builders saying they are going to rip out what they've done unless they're paid due to the fact they're not even paying their bills.
Given them years to sort out but just ignore your calls emails literally one of the worst companies have ever dealt with avoid David Cutler and Guy and what other names they go under absolutely disgusting and I wouldn't believe the review stars either has most people in our street have had major issues

Very impressed with the friendly & efficient service we received from Joseph. We’ve been in our house for a year & are still very happy with the quality workmanship & finishes throughout the house. We would definitely recommend doing business with Feniton Park & Joseph.

Feniton Park will not pay their invoices back from May 2019 and avoid or ignore our communications on the subject. To any plant hire or other construction contractor, let this be a warning to you.
