I recently had my windows replaced by Fenster Glazing, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the very beginning, their team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right type of glazing to suit my flat and explained everything clearly.

The installation process was smooth and efficient. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and left everything clean and tidy. The quality of the windows is excellent — not only do they look fantastic, but I've also noticed a big improvement in insulation and noise reduction.

What a fantastic window company! Nick was able to come out and give us a price there and then which was very transparent and reasonable - an experience that set him and Fenster apart. We were able to get the windows ahead of time and fitted professionally Tom and Johnny were very professional and accommodating to myself as well as my young son which made it a very pleasant experience, again another experience that set them apart from previous experiences of working with tradespeople. There was no messing around or me having to do any chasing with any of this process. The windows also very high spec. These are very sexy windows and would highly recommend Fenster to others. Fantastic company to work with. I needed to get some windows replaced and a cat flap installed and right from the initial consultation Fenster Glazing were friendly and helpful throughout. They explained the different options without being pushy or trying to sell me things I didn't need, unlike some other companies I got quotes from. They are also one of the few companies I have found who not only do acoustic glass but also acoustic trickle vents! They were able to advise me on which cat flap would fit the patio door and they ordered and installed this rather than me having to source it myself. They also adjusted both patio doors and gave them a full service to ensure the locks were working smoothly after the adjustment. Another company had said I would need to replace them! They now both work fine.
The people who came to do the installation were very friendly and efficient. They put down floor protection and even hoovered thoroughly afterwards. One of my windows on the 1st floor was not accessible from the outside but they were able to replace it from inside the room with no problems, despite another company telling me this wouldn't be possible.
Nothing was too much for them - the wrong frosted glass had been ordered for the bathroom window and as soon as I mentioned it they were on the phone to get the right one made and I had a date the next week for it to be swapped, at no extra cost.
I'm so glad I chose Fenster, they are an incredibly reasonable price for the level of service and quality of the windows and just a really nice bunch of people. I will definitely be going back if I need anymore windows doing, or a new front door as they have loads of great options.

I chose Fenster Glazing to replace double glazed windows throughout our home. This was based on reading good online reviews. Those reviews perfectly reflect the excellent service we received. The windows expertly installed by Johnny and Shane are of a high quality and look great. Perry, based in the office, communicated progress following Nick's initial home visit, who went thoroughly went through all options and offered a very reasonable price for the installation. I highly recommend Fenster Glazing.

Chose Fenster based on great reviews and the fact that they have
a local office and storefront.
Back in February they replaced one window which was an urgent job; based on that experience I have used them again to replace the rest. Very good service indeed. Quote given, survey done and installation completed in a very timely and efficient fashion.
Installation day: 6 windows, 4 3/4 hours, job done! Very impressive.
This company turns up when they say they will turn up, they do the job they say they will do, and on top of that are friendly and approachable. Rubbish all removed and clean up done as well.
Unlikely to need more window replacements in the near future but if I did, I would not hesitate to call Fenster again. Highest possible recommendation.

Fantastic team and service.
Had some French Doors installed as well as the locks changed when moving into a new house. Awesome work at the time, quick no mess left and I was even able to keep the old door for selling on.

The new door got a bit out of alignment and sticky/hard to open and lock 6 months later in the heat of Summer.
As soon as I let them know, Fenster Glazing came out to fix it within 2 days and while they were at it, made sure my other doors opened & closed silky smoothly as well! Now it's a breeze.

Would highly recommend this team to anyone, customer aftercare satisfaction 100% over here!

I recently had a couple of new windows fitted and was really impressed with the service throughout. The team were professional, punctual, and kept in regular contact with me from start to finish. They turned up exactly when they said they would and completed the work on site promptly and efficiently.

There was a minor issue with the vents, but they came back quickly and resolved it without any fuss. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes both communication and aftercare seriously. Highly recommended!
