Very unprofessional company, staff and site
managers are rude and abusive towards residents and members or the public. Their staff damaged cars of residents. Horrible disgraceful company. If you want your companies reputation to be tarnished is would suggest think twice using this company.

I have used the team at Fileturn on many five star hotel projects and have always been delighted with the results. The team have worked tirelessly with our design teams and delivered a great job to the standards you would expect of our five star business. The site & contract managers have been superb, responsive and been a pleasure to work with.
Our business has worked with them on numerous projects and has awarded the next project without any hesitation.

Absolutely shocking company, do not trust them to do anything. Myself and my company stupidly engaged them to do tens of thousands of pounds worth of work and we are left with leaking showers that they fitted that have ruined our downstairs areas and a business that has had to close while we clean up the mess from their ineptitude. Apparently despite the showers being used only a handful of times they aren’t responsible - according to big boss Geoff by cowardly email. Even thou Adrian one of his minions who came out to see the faults said it was. Not sure how Geoff can comment as he didn’t bother coming out to see the bodge job but there we are. Do yourself a favour and use someone else before engaging these cowboys. We are looking to take legal action.

Nightmare.
Site Managers try very hard, but management squeezes every bit out of contracts not allowing for a bit of quality. Workers unfort unskilled (Romanians, Bulgarians etc), cant speak English, can’t cut a piece of wood straight, leaves mess in every corner, causes more damage then good. Seems these guys were at least three times subcontracted........ Don’t follow H&S guidelines when needed, just scary to work with. I will appoint next round for a few pounds more a more quality driven and less nerve wrecking contractor!

I have come across this company a few years back, due to having dealings with then as a resident. This companies workers, site managers and contract managers are terrible, they are rude do not listen and compromise health and safety, they cause construction noise when not allow to . Their staff most of them are rude and foul mouthed who swear and I have witnessed use racial abusive comments on residents. Their vehicles which they use to deliver construction materials drive down one way street and damage other cars parked. They leave dangerous objects on the public highway and cause damage to pavements and other property. I have never seen a unprofessional company ever , and do not understand how major companies use them. I would urge anyone who what to use this company not to unless you want a bad reputation for your company .
