Flint Architects are exceptional and Craig is incredible at his job. He is an expert in the many roles you need to undertake an ambitious self build and is really thoughtful and hard working.
He is visionary whilst being fantastic at delivering on a brief. His background means he has great experience on the practicalities of actually building, which means the design can be delivered on.
House building needs a great team and Craig helped us pull one together and get it delivered. This included quality design right through to the most detailed finishes. We had a fantastic experience and now live in an amazing home largely thanks to him.

From standard semi to my dream home in Wendover! I couldn’t be happier with the result.

It was a tight floorplan and Craig made use of every square inch. Plenty of complications from neighbours and planning, but Craig was always on hand to see it went smoothly and get the project over the line with all the trimmings. The finish is outstanding, builders had a fully comp brief from Craig so it came together like Lego.

It was a big project to undertake, huge investment, but having Craig onside was a comfort, trusting that the result would be worth it. And it was.

The home retains its traditional character and features, the extension compliments these using modern elements super tastefully. Craig knows what he’s doing. If you’re lucky enough to also get Bearbrook builders on your job, you’re in for a treat. Dream combo.
