Excellent service from our first phone call to final payment. Flintshire Roofing's Accreditations gave us a lot of confidence that we would have a good job completed by them and we weren't disappointed.

We had been experiencing an intermittent leak from an area where an extension had been built. Three or four local roofers had attempted repairs in the past but Jonathan was the first to identify the problem that the flashing was too short. He provided a reasonable quote (about half the price of others we approached) and with the quote provided photographs of the problem areas.

The lads carrying out the work were all polite and got on with the job. They tidied up after themselves and left our garden & home in a clean state.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Flintshire Roofing Ltd and will use them again if we ever need other roofing jobs doing.

Needed a chimney pot securing after high winds in December. As it was coming up to the week before Christmas, I wasn’t expecting anyone to be able to fix it for me so soon. Rang Flintshire roofing, they gave me a reasonable quote, and completed the work within a few days. Chap who called to complete the work was very pleasant (sorry, I don’t know his name) Will be looking for more roofing work in the future and won’t hesitate to contact them again

Over the last 2 months, Flintshire Roofing did a large flat roof replacement and repairs to our main house roof. Aside from being a little slow to pin down dates to get the work done, the service has been exceptional. The flat roof, completed over 2 days, now looks perfect and ready for the next 20 years. The pitched roof was leaking at the chimney gulley, not quite so straightforward, and we did have some leaking afterwards. They came back very quickly to do even more work to avoid the leak and did not charge for this. They were trustworthy, friendly and did a great job. Thank you.

Had a flat rubber roof fitted over an old coal shed which was looking a bit worse for wear. The initial job seemed ok but since had problems.

Having put a 20 year guarantee on this work according to their own documents, they are now refusing to respond to me to fix it when the roof is leaking 6 years in.
