The team at Fluent ADS assisted us with the design and planning permission for a rear extension, comprehensive internal renovations, and a full loft overhaul, all of which were approved without any modifications required. Vlad has been incredibly patient as we refined and tweaked the plans through screen-sharing sessions and emails, ensuring our total satisfaction with the end design. We're also very grateful for the wealth of resources and guidance they provided, along with their efficient online appointment booking system, which simplified the process of scheduling all our calls and meetings. We are looking forward to continuing our work with the Fluent team as we begin the next phase of our project.

Highly recommend Fluent, Sunny helped us through the design process and virtual reality, Sunny was so helpful and always listened to our ideas and incorporated that into the design, the 3D video was amazing, really helped us visualize our plans!
Elaine was our contact who helped us through the planning permission stage, Elaine made it stress free and easy and answered any of our questions, couldn't recommended fluent enough, they've been great throughout the whole process!

Fluent have helped us with 2 home projects now, both times with the design and planning process. They offer a very thorough, personalised service with clear communication throughout. They also provide a number of other post design services however there are no pushy sales tactics from their friendly team and they always offer honest advice. Would highly recommend!

FLUENT's team helped with my project for a loft conversion and rear extension, from designing and submitting the application to revising and resubmitting plans. Vlad is a brilliant designer; he crafted the design according to my specifications and offered invaluable insights. We managed to finalize the design in just three revisions. Elaine has been incredibly supportive in following up on the planning application, communicating with the planning officer, and keeping me informed of any updates. We used Fluent for the design of a single story rear extension and garden building. From the initial consultation the team at Fluent have been professional, prompt and easy to deal with. We're very happy with the plans they created for which we've just received planning permission. Elaine was particularly helpful and keeping us updated throughout the process and following up with the planning officer when there was a slight delay on their end.
