Very, very pleased with the automation of the new gates I have recently had installed. David and Ellys worked well as a team and remained cheerful and friendly, despite having to work through the snow! I have encountered problem after problem since the installation of my Electric Gates. FM Engineering refused to take any responsibility whatsoever to resolve these issues, until the guarantee was out of date then expected me to pay! What a total waste £8000 as the gates are now left open. I am aware that many other customers of FM Engineering have encountered the same problems as mine and the abysmal lack of Customer Service following their installation. Please avoid.

Amazing service.
