INHUMANE BUILDERS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT LIVING CONDITIONS.
I really didn't want to have to write this review, but after no correct action was taken it leaves me no choice. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM FMW.
After saving up for years to purchase my first house, I was delighted to have had the opportunity to buy a brand new build, of which at the start was extremely exciting. A few smaller problems occurred along the way, including having two toilets not functioning correctly, as well as heating for the house wired up incorrectly. Sadly, these problems were too good to be true, as I am now 14 MONTHS in and STILL HAVE NO HEATING. THATS OVER 400 DAYS. Completely illegal, and after countless emails to everyone involved, I am still here with the issue. No catch up from the builders, who never even considered if the problem was fixed. They've got their money, thats fine, thats all they care about, and I am suffering the consequences. Every other resident around me has spoken negative things about FMW, only a fool would purchase from this company again. How long will this last?
Completely, and utterly disgusted.
