I highly recommend you have a sit down with Myles at Focus Architects, he single handedly delivered everything we envisioned, it was a very complex conversion spanning a 13 month period. Including 22 Steels and two big extensions. It was a total gut out with 16 new apertures.

Myles held our hand all the way through the process and went above and beyond what you would expect from an architect. He also kept our costs down by recommending local reliable traders and contractors.

"Concept to Construction'"
As we set out on our first major renovation project we had big goals and a clear vision. Additional complications of conservation area location and a dilapidated existing building we needed an architect that could harness our ideas and bring our dream home to life.

Myles did the plans and planning application for my garage extension to be used as a home gym. We live in a conservation area, so it was important to know what the council would be looking for in order to gain permission first time. Myles’ experience is vast and enabled us to get full permission first time of asking.
