Peter Jawor from Arcadia Construction, based at this location and myself from Merronbrook in Hartley Wintney go way back. Peter builds the houses, I design them. This business location looks great, very easy to get to and is kept spotless.

Small company who have built a fairly good house. The issue is when you have small issues to deal with such as windows and snagging. Constantly having to chase their subcontractors as once you have completed Forays palm you off directly with their subcontractors for any issues. After care needs ownership, I bought the house from Forays so it should be Forays I’m dealing with post sale. Not small subcontractors who aren’t that interested in getting anything resolved or appear helpless if they themselves are ignored by their contractors.
