Bought garden shed from Forest Craft over 3 years ago and very pleased with it still. There was a minor problem with one piece of wood noted initially and this was sorted/reinforced without fuss. Likewise some time later there was a small leak in the roof after very heavy rain and they came and fixed that. Happy with quality and service.

Bought a premium range shed a few weeks ago. Product speaks for itself as it's by far the best quality built shed I looked at. Thick tongue and groove boards part of a robust frame. Very helpful team in answering questions and quick turnaround. Build was quick, clean and well done, all included in the price. Couldn't recommend more

Rain/Water started coming into the customised hut (3"x10") through holes and cracks after just 1 month, the wood and workmanship were clearly poor quality (sharp nails sticking out, big sharp splinters, window not closing) and it wasn't fitted properly. There were gaps between each panels. Someone came back to fill the holes with silicone (even the hole with a size of a 10p) but more cracks and big holes appearing with the longest crack up to 5"! More rain/water coming in again and I contacted the company again, they again sent someone round but I was told that's just standard wear and tear! I said I only had the shed for less than 2 months, how can this be wear and tear?! Any hut should be water tight, otherwise I might as well leave all my stuff in open air! I also had electric and laminate flooring installed already and I was concerned about the damage! They were saying it's nothing they can do! I had to write a few complaint emails and eventually I was told they could issue me with a refund back and they will remove the hut. However no compensation whatsoever, so I had to pay out extra to get the electrician out again to remove all the cables, switches etc. They said they had to fix the wood panels and resell, I feel sorry for the next person getting the wood panels!
Apart from the leaking issues, the windows just wouldn't closed from the 1st day of the installation and the fitters just said that's how it is because it's a customised shed!
I was extremely disappointed because I was recommended this company and I waited excitedly for a few months of a new hut which then turn into a nightmare... NEVER AGAIN with Forest Craft!

Our garden summerhouse needed several replacement boards as were deteriorating. Having contacted them a representative, Jim Barney’s, came out and inspected and took particulars. Next day he was at the house and made a remarkable job of repairing our summerhouse. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and would not hesitate to use them again. Great work and very tidy too. Thank you Jim!

Not impressed. Spent a fair amount of money for a log cabin and had several return visits to resolve a number of installation issues.

Eventually after a couple of unsuccessful site visits and chats with an office manager who was too just too busy to come out himself to see the issues, we had a different installation team arrive who told us it was the worst job they'd ever seen. If it had been their staff involved they'd have been shot apparently.

Not installed properly, doors weren't fixed properly and window panes not sealed.

Despite asking for a call from a Manager over 8 weeks ago, not a peep.

Feeling let down and frustrated by the whole situation experience.

Wouldn't use or recommend them again based on what we've experienced.

Awful atrocious DO NOT USE happy to show you the awful shed we have been left with. Holes, a roof that doesn't fit, covered in mould. Customer service said we have used the wrong sealant. Dint acknowledge the product is absolutely awful. Have pictures to prove currently prepping to take to court

I knew I'd get a good product as this is where my allotment neighbour got her shed. But service is also fantastic, from when I visited and placed my order, to today when the shed was delivered and erected, all included in the price.
Keith did a great job putting it up. I'd been given a 1-3 pm time slot and at 1.00 he rang me to give an ETA. All done by 3.00.
I'm a happy guy. Now all I need to do is stick to my good resolutions about keeping it tidy...
