Completed a garage conversion for us in Middlesbrough. I cannot rate Matt highly enough. Worked weekends and evenings to get the whole project over the line. Came up with ideas, gave us loads of choice, took on extra bits and pieces over and above the actual conversion to help my mum come home from the hospital. We are delighted.

Matt at Forty Six and 2 converted our garage to a usable gym, built a porch, and also built us a garden room. Both have been done over a year now and they have been the best things we’ve ever done to our house. They are both as good now as the day he finished the work. Throughout the process he was absolutely amazing, no change to the original plan was too much trouble. Matt is one of the best humans I know and I will definitely be using him again next time we have some building work to be done. The garden room has transformed my work life balance totally. Matt removed 2 walls for us. One supporting needing an RSJ and the other an internal wall. He was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was well organised from the skip hire to Building Control and him organising the plumber and electrician too. If I ever need building work again I will be sure to get Matt to do the job. Definitely recommend him. Thank you Matt ☺️
