Stephen and his whole team (including Ralph!) are amazing. Extremely professional yet personable.

They came out and met with us, measured up and then produced superb initial designs for our extension. Any tweaks we wanted were dealt with quickly.

They then dealt with the whole planning application process for us. It was remarkably stress free.

We would highly recommend to everyone and already have done so.

Wonderful Architects!
My builder put me in touch with Stephen and Alice at Franks and Tom’s and I’m so glad he did, what a great company, very professional, nothing was too much trouble. My project was very small in comparison to some of Frank’s and toms projects but Stephen, Alice and chief officer Ralph took their time listening to my wants and needs and really took everything in, plans were drawn up promptly and really helped me envision what my property would look like, Stephen also dealt with the planning and conditions of planning which went through very smoothly. I had a tight budget and they helped me stick to that which I’m very grateful for, highly recommend Frank and Tom’s for all your architectural needs.

Stephen and his team are simply amazing!
Not only are they very knowledgeable, they listened to our needs and queries and went through them with a practical and sensible approach.
We had some delays with our planning application due to a third party, and Stephen and his team worked behind the scenes and ensured everything was sorted. This took a huge pressure off us and made it stress-free.
To top it all he is such a lovely person, and we enjoyed their visits with Ralph in tow!

Brilliant! Drawings were completed very quickly, all questions answered. Great communication from Stephen and the team to determine what we were looking for and we loved the designs.
When a council requirement led to a delay in the planning application Stephen really went above and beyond, keeping us informed on all correspondence and getting it all sorted for us. Can not recommend and thank Steve & the Team at Franks & Toms enough.
