Only giving 1 star as can not give none! Disgusting company who sells games that are half playable. They are having hundreds of complaints from people on Steam unable to play PC2 with game constantly crashing and completelry unplayable. I myself purchased this game on 24th December and have been unable to play with constant crashes. They have not even had the decency to post to steam and even acknowledge the complaints. Seems money comes before customer satifaction. Oh and not to mention no one can get refunds as timeds up on Steam to refund. Advise anyone to avoid this so called game developes like the plague, until the games have been out and tested before a quick buck release. Also read reviews and comments before purchasing! Never again will i be duped by this company!

Please help me! I'm trying to move my elite frontier account from the Xbox1, to ps5. I've been jumping through loops all Sunday morning, and I'm now incredibly frustrated and am having to take steps to calm down. I'm well invested in the game (financially and time), so starting again isn't an option. I'm a long time fan, played the originals back when it was just lines, and you could see the stars through the space stations! I found the removal from Xbox hard to take, but if I can get back online on the PS all will be forgiven...

Please help me to be a customer. I'm literally trying to give you money! Sort it out!

Their customer service is completely non existent. Ive been trying to do a simple account wealth transfer. (Which is easy to do. Link accounts, transfer, delete old account.) And they took 4 days and decided that no, I don't even get an explanation as to why my stuff cant be transferred. Do not buy their microtransaction riddled games.

Started working in 2014 and still there!

Brilliantly talented team, fun games to work on (play them myself) and an emphasis on learning, ownership and individual contribution.

It also needs to be mentioned how good the work and support from marketing and community teams, localisation, quality assurance, site, hr and finance are.

It's a good place to make games, socialize, grown and be productive.

Purchased one of their products and was banned shortly after (for pvp, yes, i played against another person as the game entails pvp is okay) rendering my purchase useless.

Requested a refund and was told
"you violated eula and TOS"

They refused to refund my pre order.

Thats theft and its illegal.

After checking online there seems to be more victims of this scam who paid and were banned almost immediately.

BBB complaint filed.

They scrape the internet for email addresses and then violate international CAN-SPAM laws to spam you. For breaking the law they think that I'm supposed to trust them by sending them money.
