We have recently had a lot of work done by this company (subsidence issues). I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but had absolutely nothing to worry about. Callum who did the plastering took time to make sure our carpets and furniture were well protected, he was reliable,polite and hard working. Johnny (decorator)again a true professional,respectful and hard working and has done a fantastic job of the decorating - absolutely no complaints at all ?

I had to give 5 star review to 2 people in paticular, joiners wayne, and al, they have worked non stop on my kitchen, it had subsidence, however they have fitted kitchen, dug up my floor, levelled it, laid a new floor, all completed within 2 weeks. Excellent people. Would certainly recommend them. I'm so pleased with the work they have done. No complaints from me. Wayne made sure everything got done quickly and efficiently. He worked non stop every day.

This is the first time FSH have done work for me. I am totally impressed with their customer service, their communication and the absolute exemplary standard of work. They decorated the whole of my downstairs, fitted new flooring and skirting boards. Please see my photos to show the quality. I would highly recommend them

Poor service from start to finish when they did an insurance job on our bathroom. Took 6 weeks to complete the job which should of been simple due to not being able to co-ordinate between themselves. They ordered the wrong tiles, they failed to order under floor hearing. Communication was poor throughout. After work had completed we've had a leak due to not sealing the bathroom correctly. Then another leak due to poor grouting

FSH are more a business than a building company. They mostly take insurance contracts, bid low and outsource to contractors. If the contractors do their job, great. If not, when you call, FSH will 'chase them' and they will probably turn up and do some work at some point. In our case the work was late, slow, and had to be redone 18 months later. Their priority is the bottom line, not the people whose houses they work in.

I have never seen such a bunch of incompetent workmen before in my life i have been in the trade since 1974 and the mess they left here is indescribable i had to ask the decorators to leave god help us if they had been allowed to stay till completion absolute cowboys

In what was a fairly traumatic time for myself following severe storm damage to my property the works carried out by FSH have been to an excellent standard. All the team working on the house were very professional and happy to go over and above to minimise my disruption and produce a great finish. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. Office staff always on hand to answer queries.

After a terrible flood that ruined a lot of the house we were very happy to have FSH come and encourage us and take control of the renovations. It was a traumatic time in many ways but they were so helpful. There were some mistakes and we had a few complaints along the way but they always listened and rectified things for us. The workmen were all excellent at their jobs. We’re very thankful.
