Have called Cks on 2 occasions, both times I had the "I'll have a look in the week" phrase, the first time I waited that week and had to chase him the next. We're a 1 car family and I need that for work, I lost 2 days work on top of the bill.
The second time I just got someone else, again after waiting a week with no vehicle and no communication.
Chris does a great job, is quite professional and rates are good, but I won't rely on him again
