We used Breams as a main contractor on the development of two new self build dwellings in 2023/24. We had used them before on a smaller extension project but this self build was a much larger project. They did not disappoint. They were on site for over a year and had to cope with liaison with the timber frame contractor and the window supplier/installer whom we appointed. Breams were excellent at protecting our interests when problems arose at the interface of the various trades. They were prompt in getting back to us when we had queries or concerns and they were so helpful in putting our minds at rest in coming up with solutions to problems. They have an efficient way of keeping track of costs and clarifying any extras that occurred. We were delighted with the finishes they produced and the prompt attention to the inevitable snagging items. We know from past experience that they will attend to any emerging problems in the near future. We have used other contractors in the past but none has been as good to work with as Breams.

I’ve used Bream a few times over a number of years. Having used other contractors in the past, I can hands down say I wouldn’t use anyone else for a project. They are professional, courteous, reliable and their output is outstanding. Their post project support is excellent. I look forward to using their services again: they truly are second to none.

Hire these guys if you want your neighbours to hate you! They've been working on a residential site very close to a number of other houses, and every morning at 8.01 the loud radio goes on. Apart from a brief respite during lockdown, if any of us want to sit in our gardens or have our windows open, we're hearing their radio. Polite requests to turn it off are ignored.
Last year I was living between two large construction sites in London and apart from the necessary construction noises, we never heard anything from them, because they were members of the Consideration Construction scheme. This firm most definitely are not, and we can't wait to see them leave.
