I really like Gallops. they always have what I need or know where it can be found. The guys are polite and friendly and knowledgeable. I recently needed some pretty obscure ridge tiles to replace some broken ones on my roof. They were quick to respond and we exchanged pictures on whatsapp. They had the correct ones and the prices were very reasonable. highly recommended

Found this place by accident when we were out on a road trip! What a fantastic place! Their stock is extensive and gorgeous! Well worth visiting, I’m sure they will have whatever you are after, for a very reasonable price. But mostly the guys who run it are the most friendliest helpful people, just the sort of people I like to give my business to! Highly recommended!

Dropped in with hopes of finding timber long enough for a project. Wasn't disappointed. Three reclaimed lengths of pine successfully restored and on top of a cabinet already. Some oak from their oak shed soon!

What a fantastic find, really pleased with our Victorian fireplace and surround including Belfast sink. So friendly and helpful with really good knowledge with ideas etc. would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent.

Rang and spoke with Joe on Thursday to purchase a Black Limestone Slab to make a fire hearth. He offered to cut it to size for a small fee and rang me the next day to inform me that it was ready for collection. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it, absolutely beautiful and the cuts were spot on. Outstanding professional service and extremely friendly person who I would thoroughly recommend and I can’t wait to travel down and make another purchase, well worth the 3hr round trip.

Ordered some cast iron vents of these guys. Spoke to Jo and paid over the phone yesterday afternoon and the vents arrived today. A class service and couldn't be happier with the service, product and speed - keep up the good work guys and will deffo use you again when i need any other materials for period properties.
