We cant recommend Jordan and his team highly enough.
We had a full kitchen and downstairs renovation with outside rendering. The attention to detail and finish was excellent. The job had to be done whilst we were staying in the house with two kids in a tight space, however they made sure disruption was minimised.
from electricians to scaffolders, everyone bought in in the job were extremely professional. Punctual, polite and work of a very high standard.Very impressed.

We have been very lucky to have picked Garnet Construction and Jordan to carry out a tricky extensive and beautifully planned loft conversion in our traditional Victorian detached house. He has had to liaise with our architect and building inspector and help to iron out tricky solutions. Jordan was always experienced and professional abiding by high standards in the detailed work. The bespoke replicate loft stairs in keeping with existing Victorian style, loft windows (one of which had self adhesive lead to replicate) and bespoke doors are beautiful to behold. His own workmanship and those of his subcontractors were courteous and professional. In this pandemic of lockdown rules we over 75 pensioners have felt very safe and trusted that all contract works and additional bespoke works were always carried out to the highest standards. We have moved houses several times and engaged builders of many standards. Jordan is definitely amongst the top rank of builders we would recommend highly. We first used Garnet Construction in 2016 for a loft conversion. It was our first major project and we were nervous about who to trust. After getting several quotes, Garnet were not only competitive but Jordan came across as the most enthusiastic about the project. We didn't really know the process involved so he recommended someone to draw up the plans (who we have continued to use) and once we had agreed on the spec we were provided with a full breakdown of works, timescales and what to pay and when each job was completed which gave us peace of mind when giving the go ahead for the works. The whole conversion took 3 weeks!! We had 2 bedrooms, bathroom and bespoke staircase. Due to some issues with our neighbours the hours of work were very specific. The team always arrived on time and there was minimal intrusion to the house throughout the whole process (which was great with 2 young children). Even our neighbours liked them!! We have now moved on from the house (the loft conversion helping to increase the value) and we have moved on to another fixer upper. We have recently been back in touch with Garnet Construction who again have provided a competitive quote and we look forward to works commencing in the new year. It is nice to have a company we can rely on. We have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with on our loft conversion. He and his architect listened to our requirements and worked with us to deliver. All work was completed to a high standard. He was flexible when the schedule was messed about by having to switch solar contractors and even put right some issues from when the house was built.

Jordan was very professional. He properly managed our loft conversion. He didn’t claim to be the cheapest, and he wasn’t, but his price was competitive, and we never felt ripped off for any of the few extra bits that inevitably crop up. There are also some nice touches that wouldn’t be there if you went solely on cost. The main things that stand out are precision and professionalism. He reckons he still has to come back and mastic something in our en-suite, but I can’t spot it. You also need to bear in mind that these guys will be in and out of your house for 3 months or so. Therefore it’s important that they are nice, considerate blokes. Jordan is, and so is his colleague Richard, who only rarely falls through ceilings. Recommended.
