I had a level 3 survey done on a bungalow by Lee and he sent me a very detailed report on all the problems, listing what was urgent, what needed doing but could wait a while, and what appeared ok. He later spoke to me to take me through the report.
Lee is a lovely person to deal with and I highly recommend this company.
